I first discovered my love and need for yoga after my own personal experiences of trauma and loss. Yoga became for me a moment in the day where I could switch off and just focus on my body and mind. I decided then that I would love to share with others the power that yoga can have on your mental and physical wellbeing.
Training in Seasonal Yoga was such an important connection to me as a person, my love of the outdoors and nature, it all just seemed to tie in together so wonderfully. To be able to now not only share my love of yoga with others, but also connect it to the wonder of seasons and nature, is such a blessing.
