Seasonal Yoga Classes are tailored to the elements and the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Classes focus on particular energy channels and corresponding organs in line with each season. Each class is tailored to the seasons, combining Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong and a modern understanding of body movement with TCM ideas about the changing nature and energy of the seasons around us, and within.
